New Jersey residents attending two-year schools pay the lowest in-state tuition at Best Care College, Camden County College and Rowan College at Burlington County, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of federal data.

The analysis includes the cost of tuition only for the 2017-18 academic year reported by two-year schools to the U.S. Department of Education.
