15 percent of Bloomfield College students played sports on university teams in 2016-2017


In 2016-2017, 15 percentage of Bloomfield College students participated in collegiate sports, according to data made available by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).

Bloomfield College has 1,839 undergraduate students, of which 63 percent are women and 37 percent are men, and a total student body of 1,842 students. Of these students, 152 men and 124 women represented the school by participating in one or more of the sports with teams at the school.

This total does not include students playing intramural sports.

According to NCES, 4.3 percent of students enrolled at institutions of higher education with sports teams were on teams.

The sports at Bloomfield College with the most participants are track and field, outdoor (70), soccer (59) and baseball (39).
