Seton Hall University, Rider University and New Jersey Institute of Technology top the list of highest grossing men's college swimming and diving programs in New Jersey in 2016, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of the latest federal data from the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education.
