Graduates earn 1,564 degrees from Ramapo College of New Jersey


About 21.7 percent of the 1,564 degrees and certificates handed out by Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Mahwah conferred 302 bachelor's degrees and 38 master's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business administration and management. Data shows the school gave out 224 bachelor's degrees in general business administration and management, followed by 153 bachelor's degrees in general psychology and 122 bachelor's degrees in speech communication and rhetoric.

The college enrolled 6,120 students for 2017-18, including 5,618 in undergraduate programs and 502 in graduate programs.
