Census Bureau: More women than men in Brownville in 2017


Of the 2,930 people living in Brownville in 2017, 52.2 percent (1,528) were women and 47.8 percent (1,402) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the New Jersey Business Daily.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 1,050-to-833. In the 65 years and over age range, there were 229 females and 207 males.
