Census Bureau: More women than men in Burlington County in 2017


Of the 449,192 people living in Burlington County in 2017, 50.8 percent (228,197) were women and 49.2 percent (220,995) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the New Jersey Business Daily.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 141,565-to-139,939. In the 65 years and over age range, there were 40,848 females and 30,620 males.
