Crystal Springs Resort has named Heidi Nowak as its new chief sales officer. Nowak brings a background in both international and domestic hospitality, having worked with brands such as InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Six Senses, Kiawah Island Golf Resort, Salamander Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, and Timbers. She has experience leading commercial turnarounds and repositioning major destinations, with teams generating more than $200 million in annual revenue.

Crystal Springs Resort is located in Northern New Jersey’s Kittatinny Mountains about 43 miles from New York City. The resort features two hotels—Grand Cascades Lodge and Minerals Hotel—and is known for its culinary program that includes hosting the New Jersey Wine & Food Festival. There are ten dining venues with over 130 locally sourced menu items; Restaurant Latour holds a 4-star rating and a Grand Award-winning wine cellar.

Amenities at Crystal Springs include two luxury day spas, an advanced sports club facility called Minerals Sports Club, multiple pools including the Biosphere Pool Complex with tropical foliage and nature pools, as well as six championship golf courses such as Ballyowen—the top-ranked public course in New Jersey by several publications. The resort also offers more than 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space for meetings, weddings or other gatherings.
