Morris County law firm Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC has relocated its headquarters from Denville to The Arbors at Parsippany. The move increases the firm’s office space by almost 50 percent and supports a team of more than 45 attorneys and over 35 professional staff members. The new office is located at 4 Campus Drive, Suite 300 in Parsippany.

Founded in 1961, the firm has been part of Morris County for nearly 65 years. Its services cover a wide range of legal areas. The relocation marks both a continuation of its history and an effort to adapt to future needs.

“Our firm raises the standard of client service by pursuing excellence in every matter,” said Gary R. Botwinick, co-managing partner. “This move gives us the space and resources to respond to client needs with even greater precision and care.”

“Client service has been the defining measure of this firm for more than six decades,” added Matheu D. Nunn, co-managing partner. “In Parsippany, we will build on that legacy by broadening our services and elevating the way we meet client needs every day.”

The Arbors campus recently underwent $15 million in improvements and features five Class-A buildings set on a 60-acre site with natural surroundings such as trees and walking trails. The law firm will occupy over 25,000 square feet with modern offices, collaborative spaces designed with interior glass windows for natural light, several conference rooms, and a lounge and dining area within their suite. Employees also have access to amenities including renovated lobbies, cafes offering grab-and-go options as well as full-service meals, fitness facilities, meeting rooms, recreational game rooms and outdoor activities like cornhole stations. There is ample parking available onsite with easy access to Interstates 287 and 80 as well as Route 10.

“The relocation provides expanded space for collaboration among our attorneys and business professionals, while maintaining the collegial culture and values that have guided the firm since its founding,” Nunn said.

Botwinick added, “While our home has changed, our dedicated team and our commitment to clients, colleagues, and community remain as strong as ever. We will always be grateful to the Denville community for its support. We now look forward to continuing that work in Parsippany, expanding the services we provide and strengthening our ties throughout Morris County and beyond.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Cohen (Managing Director) and Bill Brown (Executive Director) represented Einhorn Barbarito during lease negotiations for their new location with Onyx Equities LLC’s Vice President of Leasing John O’Hearn representing ownership interests. Project management was led by Conor Evans from Community Builders while Donna McLaughlin from Pencil & Mouse Interiors managed interior design work.
