Hillwood has started construction on a new 36-acre speculative industrial development at 2772 Kuser Road in Hamilton Township. The project, which broke ground on November 5, marks Hillwood’s second development in New Jersey and is led by Ben Rosen, the company’s Market Leader and Senior Vice President.
The site is located about 1.5 miles from Exit 7A of the New Jersey Turnpike, providing direct access to the Northeast Corridor. This area is recognized as a significant logistics hub along Interstate 95.
Ben Rosen commented on the project: “The groundbreaking at 2772 Kuser Road represents more than just the start of construction- it’s a testament to our belief in the continued strength of the New Jersey industrial market and our dedication to investing in projects that drive long-term value for our tenants and communities.”
Chuck Fern, broker at Cushman and Wakefield, added: “It’s been a pleasure working alongside the Hillwood team on this project. Their strategic vision and execution in New Jersey are second to none, and we’re excited to be part of their continued growth in this market.”
Rosen also stated: “2772 Kuser Road underscores our continued commitment to delivering high-quality, strategically located industrial product in core logistics markets. With its excellent access and workforce advantages, this project is well-positioned to meet ongoing tenant demand across the region.”
