Kepner-Tregoe, Inc., a company specializing in training and consulting, has announced changes to its executive leadership. Andrew C. Marshall, also known as Drew, has been named chief executive officer and will oversee a significant investment initiative. Andy Cook, who was interim CEO for the past year, will now serve as executive chair of the board of directors.

Marshall has a background in leadership development and organizational performance. He has worked with clients from various industries to address complex challenges and support effective teamwork under pressure. In his previous role as chief operating officer, Marshall led global operations with an emphasis on client success and implementing strategy.

“Kepner-Tregoe exists to help people think clearly when it matters most,” said Marshall. “Our purpose is to help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their true potential. That purpose will continue to guide everything we do.”

Marshall’s experience includes roles in innovation systems, process consulting, project management, and human performance across sectors such as technology, financial services, life sciences, industrial products, and consumer goods.

As CEO, Marshall plans to assist leaders facing uncertainty and support collaborative decision-making in complex business settings.

Cook’s transition to executive chair is intended to maintain continuity in governance and uphold Kepner-Tregoe’s strategic direction.
