To increase awareness of its members and the issues they face, the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) continues to produce “Minding Your Business,” a weekly television program broadcast on News 12+. The show, which has received seven Telly Awards in the past three years—including a gold award in 2024 for Interview & Talk Show—is hosted by Bob Considine. Each week, it features different member businesses and airs on Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., as well as Sundays at 9:30 a.m.

A recent episode from 2025 highlighted two topics. Harry Lee, President and CEO of the New Jersey Public Charter Schools Association, appeared on the show to discuss testing achievements by public charter schools in under-resourced communities across New Jersey.

The episode also featured Modern Line Furniture, based in Hamilton. Managing Partner Yana Katliarova and Office Manager Jennifer Perez spoke about the company’s growth into one of the leading designers and manufacturers of American-made commercial furniture.
