The Newark Regional Business Partnership (NRBP) has introduced a new membership option called the Vanguard Tier, aimed at individual business professionals in the Greater Newark area. This initiative is designed for those who are not affiliated with an existing corporate or organizational membership but are seeking professional development and networking opportunities.

According to Ferlanda Fox Nixon, President and CEO of NRBP, “For decades, NRBP has served as the anchor for established business growth and a catalyst for regional development. The launch of the Vanguard Tier is an intentional effort to cultivate the next wave of leadership. By offering direct access to our network, we are ensuring that the most committed and promising individuals in our community are connected, trained, and ready to become our future partners and collaborators. The Vanguard Tier isn’t just a membership, it’s a commitment to rising talent.”

Members of the Vanguard Tier will have access to all public NRBP events at member rates and can attend select member-only events. They will also be able to participate in quarterly professional development webinars that focus on skill-building and career advancement.

The annual fee for joining the Vanguard Tier is $225, with an additional one-time application fee of $25.
