PKF O’Connor Davies has announced the acquisition of Bowman & Company LLP, with the deal taking effect on January 1. The addition of Bowman & Company, which operates offices in Voorhees, Haddonfield, and Woodbury, increases PKF O’Connor Davies’ presence in Southern New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.

Bowman & Company was established in 1939 and employs around 100 professionals and 20 partners. The firm is known for its expertise in municipal and governmental accounting. Its staff hold credentials such as Registered Municipal Accountants (RMAs), Public School Accountants (PSAs), and Certified Municipal Finance Officers (CMFOs). In addition to public sector clients, Bowman & Company also serves organizations in not-for-profit, construction, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
