PrideStaff Edison, a staffing agency based in Central New Jersey, has received the Mile High Award from PrideStaff during its 2026 Annual Conference. The award was presented to Manisha Subramanian, Owner and Strategic-Partner of PrideStaff Edison.

The Mile High Award is given to office leaders who demonstrate disciplined execution, resilience, and sustained operational excellence. It recognizes those who set high standards in their markets by building accountable teams and maintaining consistent service for both clients and job candidates.

Subramanian’s leadership comes at a time when businesses in Central New Jersey are dealing with economic uncertainty, labor shortages, and increasing workforce costs. Under her management, PrideStaff Edison reported more than 65% revenue growth in 2025. This growth reflects both market demand and the agency’s ability to expand while keeping service quality steady.

She uses a metrics-driven approach that helps employers have better visibility into their workforce strategy. By turning annual hiring goals into weekly performance targets, her team can respond quickly to changes in demand and keep communication clear throughout the hiring process. For local companies, this means fewer unexpected challenges and faster responses to staffing needs.

This approach also supports the overall strength of the PrideStaff network. The company has earned ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing 15-Year Diamond Award for Client and Talent satisfaction for three consecutive years. This recognition points to a national standard of service quality that is reflected locally through leadership focused on results and long-term workforce stability.

“Strong performance starts with clarity and accountability,” said Subramanian. “We set measurable goals, review them weekly, and adjust quickly when the market shifts because our clients depend on reliable hiring outcomes. That discipline allows us to maintain consistent service levels, reduce time-to-fill, and help businesses stay fully staffed even during periods of rapid growth. Our focus is simple: deliver the right people at the right time so our clients can operate with confidence.”

PrideStaff Co-CEO Mike Aprile commented on March 3 that Subramanian’s leadership represents the kind of operational discipline that benefits the entire network.

“Manisha leads with structure, transparency, and high standards,” said Aprile. “Her ability to grow responsibly while maintaining service excellence demonstrates what the Mile High Award represents. She is elevating performance in a way that benefits clients, candidates, and the broader community.”
