PSC, a marketing and communications firm based in New Jersey, has acquired Nonprofit Partners, an agency known for its work with nonprofit organizations, healthcare systems, and community coalitions. The move brings together two firms with different but complementary strengths in the communications sector.
The acquisition is expected to provide clients of both companies with broader resources and deeper expertise. PSC will integrate its communications services with Nonprofit Partners’ specialized knowledge in the nonprofit field. Clients will have access to expanded support in public relations, digital strategy, and integrated marketing.
PSC was founded in 2012 and operates alongside PPAG (Princeton Public Affairs Group), which is recognized as New Jersey’s largest public affairs firm, as well as WSW (Winning Strategies Washington), a bipartisan federal relations company. In 2025, PSC was listed among the top five independent PR firms in New Jersey by O’Dwyer’s.
Nonprofit Partners’ clients will continue working with their existing leadership while gaining access to PSC’s wider range of services. Meanwhile, PSC clients will benefit from increased depth in nonprofit, healthcare, and higher education communications.
Colleen Kendrick, DBA, FACHE—founder of Nonprofit Partners—will help lead the transition process and contribute to PSC’s growth. Kendrick has more than 25 years of experience developing strategies for healthcare organizations and nonprofits. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Kendrick also teaches at Rowan University.
“Nonprofit Partners has built an outstanding reputation for amplifying the impact of mission-driven organizations,” said Ethan Andersen, managing partner of PSC. “Through this new partnership, we are deepening our sector expertise and expanding the strategic communications resources available to our clients with Colleen’s leadership and perspective.”
“This next chapter allows us to deliver even greater value to the organizations we serve,” said Colleen Kendrick, DBA, FACHE. “Our clients will continue working with the team they trust, now supported by PSC’s broader capabilities in earned media, crisis communications, and integrated marketing. Together, we are even better positioned to help mission-driven organizations achieve meaningful and measurable outcomes.”
Dale Florio, Esq., founder of PPAG (Princeton Public Affairs Group), commented on how this deal strengthens their group: “PSC and Nonprofit Partners share a strong commitment to helping organizations communicate with purpose and clarity,” said Florio. “This expansion of PSC’s capabilities reinforces our leadership in public affairs and communications.”
