The Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University is continuing its StillmanSpeaks faculty lecture series this spring, offering a schedule of talks that highlight the expertise of its faculty members. The events are open to students, alumni, and prospective students and will be held both in-person and virtually.
According to Wesley Pech, Ph.D., associate dean of academics and partnerships at the Stillman School of Business, “StillmanSpeaks provides a platform for our faculty to share their expertise on the critical issues shaping today’s business environment. Through a combination of academic research and industry experience, our speakers aim to engage students, alumni and prospective students alike with timely, practical insights.”
The spring series begins on February 2 with Adjunct Professor Greg Licciardi presenting an in-person session based on his book “The Holy Grail of Marketing, How to Achieve Optimal Marketing Using AI and Beyond.” This talk will introduce his proprietary framework for marketing using artificial intelligence.
On February 9, Ruchin Kansal from the Department of Management will present a virtual session titled “The Kansal Clunker: The Car That Rebuilt Us.” This presentation focuses on leadership and resilience through a memoir co-authored with his son about their experiences during a cross-country road trip and car restoration project.
Dale Favors, adjunct professor, will deliver an in-person lecture on February 23 called “The Future of Work and the Influence of AI.” His talk addresses how artificial intelligence is changing workforce dynamics by automating routine tasks and discusses skills professionals need in an AI-driven environment.
Additional sessions featuring other Stillman faculty members are planned throughout the semester. All lectures are scheduled from 6 – 7 p.m., with in-person events taking place at Bethany Hall on Seton Hall’s South Orange campus. Registration details can be found through Seton Hall University’s event listings.
Pech also noted that “StillmanSpeaks is part of the School’s broader effort to connect academic learning with real-world business challenges. Each presentation is structured to provide meaningful takeaways and encourage dialogue on the evolving forces that shape industries and careers.”
