Seton Hall University is inviting prospective students to attend its Graduate Open House on Saturday, February 21, 2026. The event will take place at noon on the university’s South Orange campus.

The open house aims to provide information about Seton Hall’s graduate and certificate programs in areas such as business, communication, international relations, education, counseling, healthcare administration, occupational therapy, law, nursing, data science, and social work.

Attendees will be able to join breakout sessions led by various colleges and schools within the university. These include the College of Arts and Sciences, Stillman School of Business, College of Human Development, Culture, and Media, College of Nursing, School of Theology, School of Health and Medical Sciences, School of Law and the School of Diplomacy and International Relations. The sessions are designed to inform participants about career paths in their chosen fields as well as admission requirements and curriculum details.

Program directors along with current students and alumni will be present to share personal experiences regarding graduate studies at Seton Hall. They will discuss how their education contributed to both professional development and personal growth.

Support service units from Seton Hall will also hold separate breakout sessions. The Office of Financial Aid plans to offer advice on financial planning for graduate school. Representatives from The Career Center are scheduled to discuss networking opportunities as well as resources for career advancement such as resume writing and interview preparation. Student Services staff members will highlight ways for graduate students to get involved across all campuses.

Participants can tour the South Orange campus during the event.

“The Graduate Open House has provided an engaging and informative experience to prospective Seton Hall graduate students for many years, and this year’s program promises to be no exception,” said Associate Provost for Academic and Graduate Affairs Christopher Cuccia, Ed.D. “In the current labor market, an increasing percentage of jobs are requiring advanced degrees. A graduate degree generally offers numerous benefits professionally — whether someone wants to switch fields, advance in their current role or differentiate themselves among the competition. Furthermore, if someone’s interest is in personal enrichment there is nothing better than being an active life-long learner.”

Seton Hall provides flexible options for graduate study including full-time or part-time enrollment with courses offered online or on campus during evenings or weekends.

Those who attend the Graduate Open House may receive a waiver for the application fee if they later apply to a program at Seton Hall.
