Seton Hall University announced on Mar. 13 that it will hold its first Undergraduate Legal Scholars Symposium on Friday, April 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Bethany Hall on the South Orange campus.

The event is organized by the Pre-Professional Advising Center in collaboration with the Seton Hall Undergraduate Law Review and will feature more than 20 undergraduate students presenting original legal research developed during the academic year.

According to the university, the symposium aims to showcase undergraduate scholarship as students address timely and complex legal questions relevant to both daily life and global affairs. Presentation topics will cover a range of current legal issues.

The symposium is free and open to all students, faculty, and members of the public. Attendees are encouraged to participate by asking questions and supporting student presenters.

Registration is requested for planning purposes, including seating and light refreshments. For more information about the event or registration details, interested individuals can contact Madelyn Ferrans or Tanisha Mazumder at Seton Hall University.
